Thanks Hugi! We were under the impression that capital-case was capitalized for each word, which is what our convention is. Is there a way to configure formatting settings to flag words of any length that are not in capital case?

Hi Alison and thank you for creating this bug report! Do I understand correctly that you'd like the event "Passed to OTR" to not pass a capital-case check? I can see why but generally smaller words, like conjunctions, prepositions, and articles are allowed in capital case and that's why we our checker allows it. Let me know what you think!
