Rename Branches!

Some times the scope of a branch changes over the course of implementation; for sanity's sake, I'd like the ability to be able to rename a branch to better represent the scope

This will also help us flag if things are not yet suitable to use or are out of date.

This is necessary so that we can relabel branches as needed when it is transferred from product to engineering.

This sounds awesome, but how would it be handled when development has started and the name of the branch changes?
